Agreement

These terms govern your use of Nooj ("the Service"), provided by Arbitek L.L.C-FZ. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate business.
  • Only store data about people and companies that you have a right to hold, and follow applicable privacy and anti-spam laws when you contact them.
  • Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt the Service, scrape it, or reverse engineer it.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into Nooj. You grant us the limited right to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Arbitek L.L.C-FZ. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you; you receive a limited right to use the Service while these terms are in effect.

Fees and billing

Nooj is offered on monthly and annual plans, billed in advance in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices exclude 5% VAT, which is added where applicable. You can start for free and are only charged when you choose a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date, and the payment method on file is treated as authorised for that renewal until you cancel. We may change prices, with any change applying from your next renewal after reasonable notice.

Refunds and cancellations

  • Cancel anytime. Email us at info@arbitekuae.com to cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and will not renew after that.
  • Monthly plans are non-refundable; on cancellation you keep access to the end of the current month and are not charged again.
  • Annual plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 14 days of starting an annual term for a full refund. After 14 days the annual fee is non-refundable for the remainder of the term, and you keep access until it ends.
  • Onboarding and data-import services, where included in a plan, are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days, including the VAT charged, in line with UAE Federal Tax Authority rules.
  • Nothing here limits your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its regulations, where they apply to you. If the Service is materially defective and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund for the affected period.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running well, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbitek L.L.C-FZ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for how you use the Service, including the data you store and the communications you send through it, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Together with the Privacy Policy, these terms are the entire agreement between you and Arbitek L.L.C-FZ regarding the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
